Remember to consider the projects offered unit sizes & types, features and amenities for you to determine which project will suit your lifestyle preferences.
3. CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS.
Ask Jeff Entero for the best payment terms offered for your preferred unit. Megaworld offers pre-selling developments at no downpayment, 0% interest.
4. PAY THE RESERVATION FEE OF PHP 50,000 or 100,000.
The reservation fee can be paid in cash, credit card or cheque.
For clients overseas, wire transfer is accepted. Provide the bank with these details in making your remittance:
* Buyer's Name
* Project & Unit (for clients with more than 1 unit, indicate all units & parking)
* Buyer's Payment Code (as indicated on your statement of account)
For wire transfer payments, send a scanned copy of your Proof of Remittance to Jeff Entero, in order to block the unit of your choice.

5. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

2. Fill-up Buyer's Information Sheet (BIS)
3. 2 valid Government issued ID's with the buyer's name & signature.
6. POST-DATED CHECKS
For client's in the Philippines, submit your complete post-dated checks of the agreed monthly amortization(MA) to Jeff Entero within 12 days upon submission of documents.
For overseas client, you may send your post-dated cheques via UPS, FedEx, or DHL to the address below:

7. REQUEST FOR CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL & PROVISIONAL / OFFICIAL RECEIPTS
